  1.8             licenses; amending Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 
  1.9             340A.504, by adding a subdivision; Minnesota Statutes 
  1.10            2001 Supplement, section 340A.412, subdivision 4; Laws 
  1.11            1999, chapter 202, section 12.
