A bill for an act
relating to state government; authorizing lease of
certain state property under specified conditions.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner of administration may enter into a lease
of up to ten years with a private tenant for use of the
state-owned building at 168 Aurora Avenue in the city of St.
Paul as a child care and after-school activity facility.
