  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; allowing the Clearwater 
  1.3             river watershed district to charge for facilities for 
  1.4             disposing sewage, industrial waste, or other wastes. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM CHARGES; CLEARWATER 
  1.7   RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT.] 
  1.8      The Clearwater river watershed district may charge for 
  1.9   maintenance, repair, operation, and use of sewer systems, sewage 
  1.10  treatment systems, and other facilities, whether created as 
  1.11  projects of the district or otherwise, for disposing of sewage, 
  1.12  industrial waste, or other wastes.  Outstanding charges under 
  1.13  this section may be collected as prescribed under Minnesota 
  1.14  Statutes, section 444.075, subdivision 2a, paragraph (b).
