A bill for an act
relating to local government; adding an exception to
the ban on public officers having an interest in a
contract; amending Minnesota Statutes 2004, section
471.88, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 471.88, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:
