BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

SITE.

$9,357,000 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota
Historical Society to complete design and to construct, furnish, and equip the renovation
of the Oliver H. Kelley Farm Historical Site, including the site's visitor center and other
essential visitor services and site operations facilities.
