A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; modifying a project description for an earlier
appropriation for Olmsted County Trunk Highway 14 and County Road 104
Interchange; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1,
section 16, subdivision 36.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 16, subdivision
36, is amended to read:
Subd. 36.Olmsted County; Trunk Highway 14
