 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for acquisition of Niagara
Cave.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NIAGARA CAVE.

new text begin $3,750,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to purchase the Niagara Cave, including the land and buildings associated
with the cave, located near Harmony.
