relating to agriculture; appropriating money for farm advocate services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FARM ADVOCATE SERVICES.

$300,000 in fiscal year 2021 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture for farm advocate services. This appropriation is in addition to the amount
appropriated under Laws 2019, First Special Session chapter 1, article 1, section 2,
subdivision 5, paragraph (e). The base amount for farm advocate services in fiscal year
2022 is $600,000.
