relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Minnesota Cycling
Center.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINNESOTA CYCLING CENTER.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2025 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
employment and economic development for a grant to the Minnesota Cycling Center to
acquire land within the city of Richfield for a multipurpose bicycle racing velodrome, that
is part of an athletic and event center. This appropriation may also be used for site preparation
and activities related to development of the velodrome.
