A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money to demolish an obsolete
building in Pipestone.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. PIPESTONE COUNTY DEMOLITION PROJECT.
$2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of employment
and economic development for a grant to Pipestone County for demolition of the old
central school in Pipestone. This appropriation does not require a nonstate contribution.
EFFECTIVE DATE.
This section is effective the day following final enactment.
