BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... from the general fund is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 to the Third Judicial
District Court for the purpose of developing and supporting a drug court in Olmsted
County. This appropriation is available until spent.
