BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Brooklyn Park
may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to a wedding event center located at 9500
West River Road North.
