  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to legislative enactments; correcting 
  1.3             miscellaneous noncontroversial oversights, 
  1.4             inconsistencies, ambiguities, unintended results, and 
  1.5             technical errors; amending Minnesota Statutes 1994, 
  1.6             section 323.02, subdivision 9, as amended. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 323.02, 
  1.9   subdivision 9, as added by Laws 1995, chapter 128, section 11, 
  1.10  is amended to read: 
  1.11     Subd. 9.  [FOREIGN LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP.] "Foreign 
  1.12  limited liability partnership" means a general partnership 
  1.13  organized under laws other than the laws of this state with 
  1.14  status as a limited liability partnership in its home 
  1.15  jurisdiction.
