the advisory council on battered women and domestic abuse and expanding the term
battered women to victims of domestic abuse, authorizing support services to

battered women shelter per diem funding by the Minnesota center for crime victim
services in the department of public safety, prohibiting designated shelter
facilities from discrimination, classifying personal history information
collected, used or maintained by the facilities and specifying certain duties of
