format requirements; authorizing contractors to submit the contracts to the
commissioner of agriculture for review for readability determination purposes,
specifying certain review duties of the commissioner, providing certain
enforcement remedies; providing for court review of the contracts, authorizing
the court to change or limit the terms of the contracts under certain
conditions; imposing certain limits on remedies; specifying certain exemptions
from the contract risks disclosure, review period and readability requirements;
