E Modifying certain provisions under the petroleum tank release cleanup act;
clarifying the definitions of and modifying the registration periods for
consultants and contractors; expanding reimbursable costs to interest costs
associated with the financing of corrective action under certain conditions;
temporarily reinstating reimbursements from the petroleum tank release cleanup
fund (petrofund) for certain small gasoline retailers and temporarily continuing
reimbursements for certain small business owners and for certain tank preremoval
site assessments costs, authorizing resubmission of costs submitted for
reimbursement after a certain date to the petroleum tank release compensation
board for consideration (ra, ja)
