for licensing, term of license, license renewal requirements, exemptions,
consent to service of process, fee disclosure, investigations and subpoenas,
employee requirements, company limitations, adherence to standards and
recordkeeping requirements, appraiser independence and prohibitions,
adjudication of disputes between an appraisal management company and an
independent appraiser and the denial, suspension or revocation of licenses;
