Relating to natural resources; requiring meetings involving the department of
natural resources (DNR), Ojibwe bands and the great lakes Indian fish and
wildlife commission regarding 1837 treaty rights are subject to the open meeting
law; requiring the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) to provide a report
to the Mille Lacs fishery input group describing the extent state law and the
DNR require containment of aquatic invasive species in Lake Mille Lacs and the
ceded territories
