intoxicating liquor licenses in proximity to certain state +institutions;
authorizing brewer samples on owned premises to persons touring the +brewery;
severability clause; authorizing Elko speedway on-sales on all days +of the
week; transferring the responsibility for the issuance of state fair +Minnesota
produced wine licenses from the city of St Paul to Ramsey county; +authorizing
the city of Duluth to issue an on-sale wine and malt liquor license +to Wade
municipal stadium, the city of Minneapolis to issue an intoxicating +liquor
license to a certain establishment on Como avenue and the city of St.+ Paul to
issue a temporary on-sale wine and malt liquor license to the capitol+ 2005
commission or friends of the Minnesota state capitol for special +events held in
the capitol and on the capitol grounds relating to the centennial +anniversary
