Requiring the fourth judicial district domestic fatality review team to collect,
review and analyze certain data relating to domestic violence deaths;
authorizing the team to apply to the district court for subpoenas to compel the
production of records and granting the team access to certain records and data;
providing for the confidentiality of the data and restricting discovery or
introduction into evidence in civil or criminal actions; granting members of the
fourth judicial district domestic fatality advisory board, the review team,
review panels, board, team or panel agents or employees and persons furnishing
information immunity from liability for decisions, determinations or
recommendations of the review team under certain conditions(ra)
