Relating to crimes and public safety; requiring and providing for end of
probation review committees risk level assessments of predatory offenders
required to register but not committed to the custody of the commissioner of
corrections, specifying certain committee membership requirements and duties;
providing for reassessment under certain conditions; expanding the authority of
probation officers and peace officers to share predatory offender information
with potential victims; appropriating money to the commissioner for the
assessments and for grants to local government units for costs reimbursement
purposes
