E Relating to child care; redefining child care and defining service period for
child care programs purposes; modifying the basis for calculation of assistance
under the at home infant child care program, requiring annual income of
applicant families to be based on an annualization of income received only
during the period of participation in the program; defining certain portable
wading pools located at licensed family day care homes or at certain unlicensed
child care services as private residential pools for regulation exemption
purposes; requiring written consent from parents or guardians for use of the
pools by children in day or child care settings, requiring the written consent
to include a statement of knowledge through certain reading material of the risk
of disease transmission and other health risks associated with use of the pools,
specifying certain reading material distribution requirements of the department
of human services (ra, ja)
