Relating to open meetings; defining certain terms; requiring any meeting of a
public body for decision or deliberation including executive sessions to be open
to the public and to comply with certain notice requirements, providing for
certain exceptions; providing for any rapid and successive (serial) meetings
held with the intent of avoiding a public or open meeting requirements is a
violation of the open meeting law; providing for meetings performed by
electronic means be subject to the open meeting law, specifying exceptions;
providing meetings governed by the open meeting law to be expanded to include
conference calls and video conferences
