ARTICLE 1 - HEALTH CARE PROGRAM
MODIFICATIONS

Establishing mental health urgent care and psychiatric
consultation services; providing for psychiatric and burn services payment
adjustment; providing for antipsychotic and attention deficit disorder (ADD) and
attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) medications; modifying the
general assistance medical care (GAMC) program; creating a health care program
for certain single adults without children; requiring a report providing for
drug rebate program; providing for a coordinated care delivery organization
demonstration project
