Providing for additional health and safety and integration revenue for school
districts participating in interdistrict magnet school programs; providing for
full funding of interdistrict desegregation or integration transportation costs;
increasing the limit on metropolitan magnet school grants; specifying the
eligibility of interdistict magnet schools for start up costs revenue;
appropriating money to the commissioner of children, families and learning and
authorizing the issuance of state bonds for metropolitan magnet school grants
and appropriating money to the department of children, families and learning for
magnet school programs and facilities grants, for magnet and specialty high
school planning grants, for minority fellowship, teachers of color and cultural
exchange grants and minority teacher incentives, for integration and integration
transportation aids and for education performance improvement grants (mk)
