department of health advisory committee; specifying the continuation of certain
groups; specifying instructions to the revisor of statutes; repealing the health
care reform review council, the department of health state health advisory task
force, the council on health promotion and wellness, the advisory task for
services to persons with developmental disabilities, and the steering committee
on performance and outcome reforms
