Relating to public safety; eliminating the requirement for the commissioner of
public safety to refuse to register or to revoke the registration of malt liquor
brand labels implying in a false or misleading manner a connection with an
actual living or dead American Indian leader; repealing certain provisions
prohibiting the hiring of subversives in emergency management organizations,
requiring the commissioner to include in public service announcements certain
information on traffic regulation violations, authorizing the use of waste oil
burners in gasoline service stations or commercial garages, regulating the
storage, handling and use of flammable liquids and explosives and school fire
drills and requiring fire extinguishers in certain apartment buildings and the
reporting by school officials of malicious false fire alarms(je)
