the scope of the provisions; specifying application to disclaimers of any
interest in or power over property and supplementation by other law; providing
for tax qualified disclaimer, conditions for disclaimer permitted, barred or
limited, for power to disclaim general requirements and conditions of
irrevocability, disclaimer of interest in property, disclaimer of rights of
survivorship in jointly held property, disclaimer of interest by trustee,
disclaimer of power of appointment or other power not held in fiduciary
capacity, disclaimer by appointee, object or taker in default of exercise of
power of appointment, disclaimer of power held in fiduciary capacity, delivery
or filing, recording of disclaimer relating to real estate, and application to
existing relationships; repealing the disclaimer of interests passing by deed,
assignment, under certain nontestamentary instruments or under certain powers of
appointment, disclaimer of interests passing by will, intestate succession or
under certain powers of appointment
