group to examine the array of needs of individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's
disease, services available to meet these needs and capacity of state and
current providers to meet these and future needs; specifying working group
membership; authorizing working group to make certain recommendations;
specifying meetings; requiring commissioner to make a report; encouraging
commissioner to seek private funding to complete duties of working group;
providing for sunset date
