eliminating the minimum age requirement for the public member on the + emergency
medical services regulatory board; modifying the responsibility of +the medical
director relating to triage, treatment and transportation protocols +approval;
requiring training program instructors to be first responders, +emergency
medical technicians, EMT-1s, EMT-Ps, physicians, physician assistants+ or
registered nurses; clarifying certain first responder registration +eligibility
requirements; modifying certain skills examiner qualification +requirements;
imposing certain mandatory reporting time limits; increasing the +salary limit
for volunteer ambulance attendant ambulance service personnel +longevity award
program eligibility purposes, eliminating the maximum period of +employment or
service restriction for credit receipt purposes and modifying the +entitlement
of decedent estates to the awards; repealing certain obsolete rules (mk)
