1E Clarifying certain procedures for crime victim requests for HIV/AIDS testing
of sex offenders; requiring the court order to include the name and contact
information of the choice by the victim of health care provider; requiring test
results of state correctional facility inmates to be given by the medical
director in the department of corrections to the health care provider of the
victim for delivery to the victim or to the parent or guardian of the victim
