certain mental health practitioner qualification requirements, modifying
admission criteria to an acute care hospital by county boards; changing special
contracts with bordering states; changing provider qualification and training
requirements; expanding peer support services eligibility requirements to
include certain crisis stabilization services; modifying medical assistance
payments requirements for intensive rehabilitative mental health services and
providing adjustments based on actual costs and units, clarifying effective
dates; modifying certain adult provider staff qualification criteria for adult
rehabilitative mental health services and certain community health worker
criteria; defining and redefining certain definitions for children's therapeutic
services and supports purposes and modifying certain covered service components,
