health services coverage eligibility and diagnostic assessment, adult crisis
response services, provider entity standards, crisis assessment and mobile
intervention treatment planning, day treatment services, mental health services
payments, admission review team and intermediate care facilities, intensive
rehabilitative mental health services criteria and standards, and juvenile
treatment screening; repealing chemical dependency treatment room and board rate
