board approval; modifying certain language under the state building +code
relating to municipal agreements with the commissioner for code +administration
and enforcement, authorizing the commissioner to direct the state +building
official to assist communities affected by natural disasters with +building
evaluation and other building code related activities; modifying the +authority
of cities to extend code enforcement to contiguous unincorporated +territories
and defining enforcement for purposes of enforcing the code in +extended
areas;changing references from sheltered workshops to extended employment
