Expanding opportunities for students and staff through cooperative education
programs; providing graduation standards implementation, summer school and
transition programming, equipment and technology and facilities revenues to
cooperative units and specifying certain authorized uses; authorizing
intermediate school districts 287, Hennepin and Wright counties, 916, Anoka,
Ramsey and Washington counties and 917, Dakota county to issue bonds upon
adoption of a resolution, requirements, providing for a reverse referendum;
appropriating money to the commissioner of children, families and learning for
cooperative units revenue and for a study of intermediate school district
facility needs and for a cooperative facilities plan for building space shared
with the Minnesota state colleges and universities (MnSCU) system; repealing the
provisions providing for expiration of the authority of intermediate school
districts to issue bonds (mk)
