2E Eliminating the requirement for food businesses to serve meals prepared on
the premises to be eligible for a business panel on logo signs; modifying the
definition motorized bicycle for motor vehicle registration, traffic regulations
and drivers license purposes to include bicycles propelled by electric or liquid
fuel motors; regulating the use and operation of motorized foot scooters,
motorized foot scooter; prohibiting operation on sidewalks, exception;
prohibiting the carrying of passengers; specifying a minimum age for operation;
requiring protective headgear (helmets) for minor operators; specifying certain
lighting equipment requirements; specifying certain additional operation
requirements and prohibitions relating to operation on roadways and bicycle
paths or trails; exempting the scooters from motor vehicle registration
requirements
