ARTICLE
1 - STATE GOVERNMENT APPROPRIATIONS

Appropriating money to the legislature for
general operations and for health care access, to the constitutional officers,
to the campaign finance and public disclosure board, to the investment board, to
the office of enterprise technology, to the office of administrative hearings,
to the commissioner of administration for state facilities, state and community
and administrative management services, for matching grants for public
television, to the capitol area architectural and planning (CAAP) board, to the
commissioner of finance for state financial management and information and
management services, to the commissioner of employee relations (DOER), to the
commissioner of revenue for tax system and accounts receivable management, to
the commissioner of military affairs for training facilities maintenance, for
general support and for enlistment incentives, to the commissioner of veterans
affairs, to the gambling control board, to the racing commission, to the state
lottery, to the commissioner of finance for tort claims, to the Minnesota state
retirement system (MSRS) for legislators and constitutional officers, to the
Minneapolis employees retirement fund (MERF), to the teachers retirement
association (TRA), to the St. Paul teachers retirement fund, to the amateur
sports commission and to the black Minnesotans, Chicano-Latino affairs,
Asian-Pacific Minnesotans and Indian affairs councils; providing for the general
contingent accounts

ARTICLE 2 - STATE GOVERNMENT OPERATIONS

Modifying
commissioner of finance impact notes provisions; modifying carryforward
provisions; authorizing the commissioner of revenue to disclose to the
commissioner of finance returns or return information necessary in order to
prepare a revenue forecast
