relief to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for local road and bridge
reconstruction, the Minnesota historical society for an assessment of the damage
to historic structures, to the commissioner of natural resources (DNR) for flood
hazard mitigation grants, to the board of water and soil resources (BWSR) for
the Reinvest in Minnesota (RIM) conservation easements, erosion, sediment and
water quality control cost-sharing program and outlet restoration, to the
department of employment and economic development (DEED) for a grant to the
children's museum of southern Minnesota for flood loss incurred by the museum,
and for bond sale expenses
