provision for the health care cost containment e-health advisory committee
appeals review process; expanding federal administrative human services
reimbursement requirements to include review of medical necessity; requiring a
process for Minnesota health care programs outreach eligibility review dates;
modifying certain medical assistance (MA) services coverage provisions relating
to prior authorization requirements for physical therapy, occupational therapy,
speech-language pathology and audiology services; modifying transportation costs
provisions; modifying the date for implementation of the single administrative
structure and delivery system and the enrollee assessment process for
nonemergency medical transportation and certain duties of the commissioner;
modifying certain publication requirements for prior authorization of services;
expanding the health care delivery systems demonstration project; repealing a
rule relating to medical transportation payment limitation for special
transportation services
