Requiring the commissioner of human services to work with Hennepin county to
establish a mental health fatality review team and resource panel pilot project
to review adult mental health fatalities occurring in Hennepin county during or
after contact with law enforcement, courts, or corrections systems, specifying
membership, records disclosure, immunity, evaluation, requiring the ombudsman
for mental health to develop a system for evaluating effectiveness;
appropriating money to the commissioner of human services
