Relating to the operation and finance of state government; appropriating money
to the department of natural resources (DNR) for natural resource data and
information, land, habitat, recreation, water resources, aquatic and terrestrial
invasive species, energy, administration, specifying appropriation availability,
data availability requirements, project requirements, payment conditions,
capital equipment expenditures and carryforward; requiring political
subdivisions and entities receiving appropriations to purchase recycled and
recyclable materials, comply with energy conservation and sustainable building
guidelines and comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines;
modifying the citizen membership term of the legislative-citizen commission on
Minnesota resources (LCCMR)
