3E Relating to liquor; authorizing municipalities with municipal liquor stores
to issue brewer taproom licenses, a microdistillery to provide limited samples
of distilled spirits manufactured on the premises, and municipalities to issue
off-sale intoxicating brewer licenses for growlers; modifying the conditions for
which malt liquor brewers may have ownership or interest in malt liquor
wholesalers; authorizing the commissioner of public safety to issue beer
educator licenses under certain conditions; modifying wine tasting provisions to
include the tasting of beer; making certain technical corrections to a beer
license for the Twin Cities Marathon; authorizing St. Paul to issue a temporary
on-sale intoxicating malt liquor (beer) license to Twin Cities in Motion;
removing a sunset provision on the city of Winnebago for importing an out of
state craft brewer malt liquor for retail sale on one calendar day out of the
year; allowing St. Paul to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to the
St. Paul Saints Baseball Club, Inc., and affiliates to operate food and beverage
concessions at the ballpark; clarifying sake brewpub's eligibility for an
off-sale liquor, requiring approval by the commissioner of public safety and the
Minneapolis city council; authorizing Shakopee to issue an on-sale intoxicating
liquor license to Cedar Fair Entertainment Co., dba Valley Fair license;
authorizing St. Paul to authorize on-sale wine licensees with 3.2 percent malt
liquor on-sale licenses to sell intoxicating malt liquors at on-sale without an
additional license; authorizing the city of Minneapolis to authorize on-sale
wine licensees with 3.2 percent malt liquor on sale licenses to sell
intoxicating malt liquors at on-sale without an additional license; authorizing
the city of Duluth to issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license authorizing
the sale and consumption of 3.2 malt liquor at the concession stand and approved
dining areas at Wheeler field; authorizing Carlton county to issue an on-sale
wine license to a certain restaurant located in the town of Thomson
