providing for the termination of society or association membership in the
society upon dissolution of the member society or association or upon failure of
the society or association to comply with certain membership requirements,
authorizing replacement by another society or association representing the same
or similar interests; authorizing the society to establish a nonprofit
corporation for charitable purposes, specifying certain corporation organization
and operation requirements and certain duties, authorizing the corporation to be
known as the Minnesota state fair foundation(ra, ja)
