2E Regulating firewood possession on land administered by the department of
natural resources (DNR) for pest control purposes, requiring commissioner of
natural resources approval of firewood and state register publication of
approved firewood definition, violation subject to confiscation and penalty;
requiring bulk and packaged firewood sold or distributed across state boundaries
or a certain distance from origin to include harvest locations of the wood by
county and state
