equipment dealers, manufacturers and distributors; defining certain terms;
specifying dealer agreement and compliance requirements for sale or purchase of
outdoor sport equipment; specifying criteria for sale, transfer or exchange of
dealership and certain designated successor requirements; requiring good cause
by manufacturer or distributor to terminate, cancel or fail to renew a
dealership agreement; providing for repurchase of inventory under certain
conditions; prohibiting termination by dealer without written notice; regulating
warranties; providing for status of inconsistent agreements; providing for
additional remedies and for applicability of provisions
