(Green Acres); eliminating the disqualification of reinvest in Minnesota
(RIM)
and the federal conservation reserve program (CRP) for property tax
deferment; providing for property that no longer qualifies as agricultural under
2008 law changes, allowing reenrollment under certain conditions upon sale or
transfer to a qualifying owner; modifying agricultural property qualifying for
tax deferment determination of value by requiring the commissioner of revenue to
undertake a certain study; expanding the classification of property definition
for agricultural land to include certain contiguous land
