plan to create and implement an integrated criminal justice information system
in Hennepin county to be subsequently implemented statewide, specifying task
force membership and integration plan content and consultation requirements,
requiring a strategic report to the policy group and the legislature by a
certain date, content requirements; establishing a temporary criminal justice
information system improvement aid to encourage the development of integrated
information systems, providing for county or judicial district application to
the state court administrator for the aid, requiring task force review of the
applications for recommendations purposes; specifying applicant aid match and
recipient reporting requirements; requiring the state court administrator to
report to the legislature evaluating aid use by a certain date; appropriating
money to the supreme court for the aid program and for the costs of developing a
