secondary education, specifying curriculum requirements, allowing a parental
option to excuse the student, specifying school district parental notification
requirements, requiring the commissioner of health to conduct an assessment and
develop recommendations on how to reduce statewide sexually transmitted
infection rates and requiring a legislative report, appropriating money to the
commissioner of health; repealing programs to prevent and reduce the risks of
student sexually transmitted infections and diseases
