providing for physician application and issuance of expedited licensure;

participation; requiring a coordinated information system; providing for joint
investigations; allowing disciplinary actions; establishing the interstate
medical licensure compact commission and providing for commission powers and
duties, financial powers, organization and operation, and rulemaking functions;
specifying compact oversight and enforcement; specifying grounds for default;
requiring commission dispute resolution; specifying member states, effective
date, amendment, withdrawal, dissolution, severability and construction, binding
effect, and compact application to other laws
