provisions; modifying certain definitions; clarifying gambling requirements and
restrictions; prohibiting the state lottery director from offering casino type
games, selling tickets through self-service devices near retail petroleum
dispensers and electronic financial terminals and through a Web site;
suspending the sale of certain lottery tickets and instant win lottery tickets
through a Web site and certain self service devices repealing lawful gambling
filing of prices and annual financial audit filing requirement
